Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule one time. Please provide a minimum of 48 hour notice for rescheduling by emailing candace@levelup-nutrition.com

Late cancelation or rescheduling: If you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment within 48 hours of scheduled time, you will incur a late cancelation fee of $20.

No show policy: If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment you will incur a no show fee of $20 and will be given the opportunity to reschedule one time.

Discontinuing services: You may discontinue any package at any time. Refunds will not be provided.
